Poultry manure removal system main frame adopts hot dipped galvanized steel sheet or zinc-aluminum board with a high quality and longer life service. Logitudinal belt use 1.2mm thickness white pp material, transfer the manure directly to the end machine dropped onto transversal conveyor. Transversal belt conveyor adopts 6mm green rubber material, transporting the manure to outside of house onto the truck and drive away, fully automated working of poultry farm battery chicken cages.

Automated Poultry Manure Removal Cleaning Equipment Working Mehods

When the manure cleaning machine is starts, the manure cleaning machine is operated by the motor and reducer through the automatic rollers of each layer of the chain. The friction force is generated under the forced roller and the automatic roller, and the manure-bearing belt moves along the cage group. Moving in the length direction, the chicken manure is transported to end part, and it is scraped off by the manure scraper set at the end, and then the manure cleaning work is completed.

Chicken manure lifting belt collects the chicken manure on transversal conveyor belt and transports it to the height of the chicken manure truck.
